I supervised 2 Junior Product Designers, set the team backlog and was responsible for the quality of their work.

We urgently analyzed the feedback, conducted a UX audit and made changes. Improved accessibility, contrast. Decreased Bounce Rate of the main of the app by 11%. Increased the average session time in the app by 24%. Increased the NPS by 38%.
