When I first joined Jusan, Product Design Team of mobile super app for clients consisted of 2 people - me and the Design Manager. That is why in the beginning I took part in the development of various products. Happily, within 2 years, the team grew from 2 to 16 Product Designers.

In the Digital Mortgage Team:

✅ Redesigned the process of taking a loan. Decreased the number of steps almost twice from 15 to 9 steps. Decreased the average time to take the loan from 6.2 to 1.5 minutes.

✅ Improved the design of video verification instructions and without significant efforts on the development side increased the rate of verification pass by 63%!

✅ Designed the flow of restructuring of poor performing loans and within a year 35% of all restructuring applications were processed in the app.

In Payments and Transfers Team:

✅ Redesigned Payments for Utilities and increased Retention rate among clients with a salary project by 19%.

⛔️ Designed the Visa Alias transfers, the new function to transfer by phone number, but due to a number of factors, such transfers have not gained popularity.

⛔️ Redesigned Payments for parking, but because people prefer paying using QR, redesign did not bring noticable improvements in performance.

In the Cards and Deposits Team:

✅ Improved card limit management and reduced the number of calls to the call center by 28%.

In the Core Team:

✅ Wrote a color guide for developers on how to transfer the design from a light theme to a dark one. As a result, 24% of users set the dark theme of the application as the main one.

⛔️ Redesigned the super app following the vision of our Design Manager without the feedback from users, developped and released it. Right after, we received dissatisfaction and drop of app ratings. We urgently analyzed the feedback, conducted a UX audit and made changes. The new feedback was "The most beautiful and interactive super app in the market" and app ratings sky rocketed.
